To make your file transfers, please do the simple steps that follow:

1. After clicking on the link below, enter your username and password.
2. A window will open up showing the files in your personal web folder.
3. To download a file from your personal web folder, simply 'copy and paste' or 'drag' the file(s)
   to the appropriate folder on your computer.  Common examples include 'My Documents',
   'My Pictures', a folder in 'Windows Explorer', or a folder in 'My Computer'.
4. To UPLOAD a file from your personal computer, simply 'copy and paste' or 'drag' the file(s)
   from the appropriate folder on your computer, to the window holding your personal web folder.
